7.1 Earthquake Shakes Japan– 10 Cm Tsunami Hit

A 7.1 earthquake just struck the Northeast of Japan.  Reports from Japanese television (given by a friend there) say that a 10 cm. tsunami followed. Workers at the Nuclear power plant in Fukushima were evacuated.
