the new emission laws and exhaust on new diesels make the exhaust insanely hot, and you have a stack of hay feet away. the CHP have acknowledged this but say they can’t list it that way in the report because it would look bad. Don’t know that’s what caused this one but it has caused them before, or dragging chains

CHP has nothing to do with truck emissions equipment. Complain to CARB

I was wondering the same thing if the DPF filter and regen contributed. For those not in the know you need to hit between 1200f-1300f for the DPF filter to regen. Which is really just burning the particulates that are captured in the filter into a finer sized particle.

DPF filters are known quite well to emergency services as being a high fire risk off road. During the dry parts of the year. Which is why they are banned in some states, from offroad parks. During the summer/peak dryness.

You were all warned…. The 5G radiation is burning the hay so the pedophiles will be smoked out of their tunnels in salmon creek and the locusts will soon be upon the masses if Joe don’t have nothing to say about a yellow ham sandwich in the sun in frogs pajamas and the antenna didn’t fit in the microwave in Cincinnati on Thursday and dammit Jacoby I need my four dollars! #Savethehay

Made a lot of smoke! I saw smoke from Fortuky, drove home on 36 at about 5. They wupped it fast. Saw a burnt trailer frame at the old chip mill “wills”. Didn’t put it together til I saw that video. Hay can smolder a long time. Good work guys!

I thought the truck looked like a gas f 150. Under powered to be hauling that overload. Buy a diesel !!!
