I think you ought to have a different disclaimer, Kym Kemp, for this individual. I’ve tried and failed to presume innocence simply from the information posted on RHBB. The physical evidence and press release shows this guy to be a deadly threat to innocents.

As well as, how come LEOs were made to stand down? This should have ended by a single shot. I suppose 1 great officer is worth 10 of the current boys and their toys.

Apparently you don’t understand what rights you do and do not have. Another self-proclaimed “constitutionalist” who has no idea what the Constitution even says.

Mugshots of adults are public record.

“Congress shall make no law… abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press…”

I’m pretty sure there is no mention in the freedom of keeping ones mug out of a newspaper. You are free not to get neck tats and rings through your nose, though.

Two things that I really struggle with personally as a “woke, middle-aged white man” are stereotypes and prejudice (judging a book by it’s cover).

Stereotypes, while not applicable to all, are actually based on some level of recognized truth by multiple individuals and as such hold a kernel of validity.

Prejudice, while not always true, is based on observation of the past multiple times and producing the same result. Dudes covered in prison tats are criminals and a menace to society…but not always.

Don’t get me started on generalizations!

Well, seems like these past couple of days we have had the parade of neck tats crackheads adorn the pages of our local news orgs… I’d be curious to see statistics regarding the neck tats- looser ratio…

Aww. Did you learn a new way to be racist? And you couldn’t wait to roll it out, so you slipped it into an article about some white dude who blew his shit? That’s cute.

Why? I had to google it but it would seem that the Eskimo people are deeply proud of their markings as they have special meanings. But it would seems that it’s more facial marking than neck tats. Is making a joke that eskimos aren’t criminals somehow offensive in today’s woke movement?

No your not! There are no Eskimos. That word is like the “n” word to Afro-Americans. Native Alaskans are called Yupik’s, Inupiat’s, or Aleuts. Mountain man speak with frozen skimo tongue.

Thank you for your comment. Americans will always find negative names for groups they think are below themselves. From the Civil War to the present day American’s found demeaning names for Hispanics, Germans, Japanese, Koreans, Vietnamese Iraqi’s, Afghanistan’s, Iranians and add that to names for Native Americans, Native Alaskans, Afro Americans Porta Ricans, Italians, French and even Canadians. All derogatory. And yet we are no better than any one of them.
