Man with a gun Press release from Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office:

Looks like same gloves and mask as ukiah robbery. Look at hat in ukiah, an apparent nose hole for mask is visible.

Hope LEOs catch him before he really hurts someone.

How about investing some money in better cameras. I shop at Murphy’s, and judging from the prices you charge for your products I think you can afford the cameras.

People should have the right to work in a safe environment. This means due diligence on the part of owners to provide and use adequate safety equipment, including modern cameras. There are women who work those registers at all hours, and they deserve better, as do all the other folks who work there. I am very saddened to hear there was violence involved, and angry, too. There are some really wonderful folks who work there, and this just pisses me off. The owners of Murphy’s need to step up and do a better job of protecting their employees!

How are they supposed to catch the guy if we can’t even see him? Be on the look out for a blurry splotch?

Come on, owners of Murphy’s, whoever you are, please do better.

No hats, masks or hoodies for customers might help.
