Collision in Eureka

A little after 7 p.m., two vehicles collided at 6th and E in Eureka. One vehicle hit a PG&E power pole, causing only minor damage.

Both drivers are out of their vehicles and appear to have only minor injuries.

Public works was called for a traffic sign that was destroyed.

Eureka Police, Humboldt Bay Fire, Humboldt Tow, and City Ambulance was on scene.

The cause is under investigation.
