Made up environmental crimes the new land stealing tactic. States rite in the constitution the government can not steal people’s land.but good old newsom/California is surely ignoring that. Disgusting what its come too, over tax you on it and tell you that you can’t evan use your own water, cant evan grow a vegetable garden WITHOUT giving them tens of thousands. And if you don’t you’ll get an abatement letter that could cost you hundreds of thousands, where nobody will even show up to see if its actually vegetables. Feel sorry for this guy his land is as good as stolen!!!!

This has got to stop. Huge grows in Sealy Creek. So much for that watershed. Cant have fish if you have no water.

Oh wow some old croak trying to get by by raising a few teens.

And 80# of shake? hahahaha that’s so pathetic, why is it even in the report? They’re probably just mad it wasn’t a big indoor…

I find it annoying that technically very few of the people that have applied have ” possessed the required county permit and state license to cultivate cannabis commercially ” the last few seasons. But grandpa gets a visit from MET.

Waste of hours and gas as well. Plenty of places within 5 miles of police station and bigger. Somebody must want his land.

That’s between Oil Creek and Bear River, closer to Ferndale than Mattole. Just in case anyone was wondering. Or so say the maps.

Truly a pathetic bust in the grand scheme. Way to waste resources and break social distancing durring a pandemic hcso. Mission expose your officers to covid accomplished. And for this tiny grow. Now all you officers and essential government workers involved in today’s bust, go home to your wives and children and share your exsposure. Maybe you can all catch up with a big crew of trimigrants at the next scene. Keep rolling the dice and I’m sure one of you [edit] will win the big Corona 😉

I bet if he could of hired a few people he probably would not of had any violations. Sad this county chooses enforcement instead of support. During an election year as well just like in the good ole days. Nothing’s changed!

Always remember that the funding for busts like this comes from the permit fees. Next time you see a permitted grower (a “Good Player” ha ha) make sure to thank him or her!

Great! Take it down. He is a not a worthy environmental steward. Either play by the rules or get cut down. You black market growers are aware of the risks. Deal with the consequences when law enforcement is knocking at your door. Nobody is forcing you to grow illegal cannabis. If you don’t like it move to Oregon or Uruguay. Quit crying! Upstanding citizens are sick of listening to your sob stories.

You grow legally, than sell it illegally, all the while fuking the government, “traditional” growers and ironically….. yourself and the scheme of “legal” marijuana. STFU and quite throwing stones……your only hiding behind glass walls.

Upstanding . Good one.

Only folks who blew it up hard on the original market are able to begin to navigate the permit process. And then you dump loads of product on black market to continue .

Spare me.

Poking the wrong itch kym! 😉

Here’s the gist: Monterey bigshot uses a broad brush when they say ” You black market growers
…”

The overlooked under-poked and repeating point is: ..” You grow legally, than sell it illegally” and ” …navigate the permit process…. BUT dump loads of product on black market ….”

If someone wants to argue being a “worthy steward” or ,”playing by the rules” seems they have to come to the table with clean hands.

Ya know…. People were speculating that the recently seen ‘low flying helicopter’ may have been looking for indoor operations. Does this indicate that speculation was true?

I love how people here on this thread are so Holy !!! Haha NOT
I do agree this place needs to be stopped because of the water ways !!! Even With them threatening to fine them , yeah sure !!!
I know of a lot of legal farms that look worse than that , and nothing is done to them at all , why is that ? Can someone please tell me? Who do I call to complain ? The trash these people have , the rats 🐀 …. one farm don’t have a processing license Yet they have trimmers coming in because they don’t want to pay $250 for the company to get it ready for sale . To the fact they sell the stuff that don’t look good on the black market!
I just don’t understand why you people are so quick to judge.,,

One of thousands of similar grows in the county. About the same apprehension rate as death from Corona virus.
