[UPDATE 4:01 p.m.] Crash on Mattole Road, Woman With Back Injuries

Traffic collision, crash, wreck, feature iconAt approximately 1:43 p.m., a red Chevrolet Colorado crashed into a tree on the Mattole Road between Dyerville and Honeydew in the area of the Bull Creek Trail, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page.

There are two patients according to the dispatcher who sent multiple fire departments to the area. Reportedly one patient is out of the vehicle but a woman with back injuries needs extrication.

The Chevy Colorado is still in the roadway at this time.

Please remember that information gathered from initial reports is subject to revision as more facts become available.

UPDATE 4:01 p.m.: The CHP reports this is a minor injury accident.

Folks need to slow down on the roads I had 3 close calls Thursday with dialysis, one had to slam on there brakes hard . Nobody needs to die trying to get some where. Please slow down! Oh did I mention the double trailer going way too fast for Bull Creek.
