Law Enforcement Searching for an Assault Suspect
Law enforcement is searching for a man wanted for assault in the 2500 block of Donna Drive in the Humboldt Hill area south of Eureka.
Steven Upton from an arrest in 2015.
The suspect, Steven Upton, was last seen headed towards Hwy 101 in a white Chevy Avalanche.
The following BOLO was sent across the scanner at 6:40 p.m.
Upton was suspected of shooting a woman in 2015. See story below.

Three CHP or Sheriff vehicles were down at the Humboldt Hill store about 40 minutes ago. I couldn’t tell if they were arresting someone or not, but it looked like they could have been blocking a vehicle in the parking lot.
The zombie apocalypse is real. There is hoards of these uneducated brain dead ghouls dragging there feet in search of pawnable goods to steal for meth food. There is no stopping them, they will attack unprovoked while speaking jibberish in tongue. The only repellent known is to throw money or Mountain Dew at them in the hopes of them wondering away. The only known way of killing them is decapitation or a large dose of fentanyl. Prepare!

And just so everyone knows Luis pinel the alleged victim killed my dog in response to me giving him a 3 day pay or quite cause he hasn’t payed rent since December then he called the cops and tried to get me shot cause it would bide him some more time thanks “justice system” for being systematically unjust and unfair as well as one sided if I had hit him with something or shot at him he would have been hurt.
