Cajun Crab Boil to Support Jefferson Youth Programs on February 22

Hello Friends, Neighbors and Community Partners,

We are having a Drive Thru fundraiser for the Jefferson Youth Programs on February 22 at Jefferson!

Wendy Chan, Jade Brady, our friends from Humboldt Foodies and the Crew at Jefferson will be preparing Take Out Cajun Crab Boil. An order will feed 2 people and will include a “Bucket of Boil”

Sourdough Bread, Caesar Salad 2 Bibs and a table cloth.  Cost for a ticket (enough for 2 people) is $50.

In addition, Wendy Chan’s Special Cheesecakes with Passion Fruit and Lemon Curd are available for $40 each (What a TREAT)

These are both limited quantity and rare opportunities for Really Great Food for a Really Great Cause.
