[UPDATE 10:08 a.m.: Reopened] Fatal Crash Slows Traffic on Hwy 20

According to the CHP, a major accident has slowed traffic on Hwy 20 east of Hwy 101 near Road A. Reports over the scanner indicate that at least one vehicle was overturned in the road and one person is deceased.
According to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page, the incident was reported at 7:50 a.m. by 8 all lanes were closed. An animal control officer was requested to deal with an injured dog at the scene.

UPDATE 10:08 p.m.: The roadway is completely open and traffic is moving easily through the area.

Very sorry to here that the accident took some ones life. May they RIP. As always, a big thank you to the CHP and other responders.
Did this take place on 1/27/2020 or 1/28/2020? I assume 28, but never safe to assume.
