Two Dead, One Child Injured After Crash
Press release from the California Highway Patrol:
On 11/19/2019, at approximately [9:31 p.m.], a black Cadillac Escalade was traveling northbound on US-101 north of Lake Mendocino Drive at an unknown speed. For unknown reasons, the Cadillac drove off the east roadway edge, down the embankment and began to overturn. The vehicle collided with a metal fencing which parallels the freeway and went up a dirt/grass embankment.
The vehicle overturned onto the driver’s side and collided with a Caterpillar tractor-scraper which was parked on a private yard.
Two adults were declared deceased at the scene as a result of the collision. A young male juvenile was located in his child seat with suspected moderate injuries.
It is still unknown if drugs or alcohol were a factor in this collision. This collision is still under investigation.

Press Democrat update…. Cheyenne Hoaglen, 25, and Randolph Balladarez, 32, according to the Mendocino County Coroner’s Office. Four year old boy.
His last name was Valladarez
Sorry to correct my relatives name it’s pearl hoaglen. Not Cheyenne that’s a different relative but close. Their little boy was safe and sound. His name was Robert, and his wife was pregnant. They had two other kids. They were amazing peos and it was a freak accident.
