While cannabis was located, as of the time we spoke with Fowler, no total weight of the product located was yet known. “They are still calculating,” he told us.
“The driver was cited and released for possession for sale,” he said.

Reason for stop? I tow a trailer often for construction work. Should I be stopped for driving through Redway just because I have a trailer behind my truck.
I asked and the Public Information Officer didn’t know yet.
They were coming into town at well over 40 mph past where it becomes a 35, with a chp behind them. The driver also admitted to be smoking a joint while driving.
New trailer without a licsense plate and the temp registration blew off…

All trucks have commercial plates and can be pulled over for inspection at any time.
That’s not a truck. It’s an SUV. SUV’s don’t have commercial plates.
If a truck has a shell it can we registered as a vehicle for human habitation and it is not a commercial vehicle either, but you can’t drive it without a shell.

Drive those big ass inclosed trailers like the legion of Eastern Europeans do. Locked up on a new dodge with a decoy car behind you and a car out 4 clicks ahead of you with radio coms. Just make sure your decoy car has no brake lights and a couple of beer bottles to throw out the window when the “bears” get behind you.
A tail light is not as good as a headlamp being out on decoy. No beers, no drugs and no weapons best to use hot chick driving fast car (especially in the south) with a good record 10 miles above the speed limit. Her job is to clear the road, hit the rest and truck stops wait for convoy then repeat until arrival. 😁. Convoy should only be on road for specific times of the day but never between 11pm and 6am, better safe than sorry.

Why cant the us government pay growers buy their weed and turn it around and sell it at us dispensaries across the US and overseas, set what they pay ANY grower based on current market values and be done with this whole shit show.
