[UPDATE 10:08 a.m.] Person Trapped After Accident on Alderpoint Road

Traffic collision, crash, wreck, feature iconAt approximately 9:33 a.m., a silver BMW X3 was located off Alderpoint Road near Quarry Road about two miles west of Garberville, according to the CHP Traffic Incident Information Page. An occupant of the vehicle was reported to be trapped and “unable to speak.”

The vehicle is not blocking the road but prepare for emergency vehicles and personnel impeding traffic.

Please remember that information gathered from initial reports is subject to revision as more facts become available.

UPDATE 10:08 a.m.: The CHP Traffic Incident Information Page reports this is a minor injury accident. But witnesses say the accident scene is a little precarious so please be careful.

3 miles up a.p. road rain so hard woke me up about 4 am so I waited 20 minutes and had a sesh lol

My guess is BMW X3=speed=crash. Glad the driver is going to be fine.

The x3 is part of the bmwx3’s nomenclature not speed factor. I hope driver is ok. That road as most in Humboldt side roads are bad

Bmwx3 is the nomenclature of the crossover. Not a speed factor. Let’s hope drivers ok.
