One person was detained and a large amount of cannabis was pulled out of the vehicle and arranged on the sidewalk.

Sgt. Jesse Taylor of the DTF confirmed that his department assisted the CHP in serving a search warrant but declined to give more information citing the CHP as the lead agency.

The CHP has not yet responded to our request for more information. We’ll update with more information when we learn it.

What a shame. Fortuna police are absolutely on your tail and the speed limits vary throughout town , tricky. If you don’t have to haul your load through that “sunny friendly” place , don’t .

True. But warning about Fortuna cops stands alone. Those guys are super picky.

Shouldn’t be on any main road unless it is “travel ready.” Seems like he had it in a tote in the back in clear turkey bags. Hauling ass down a highway, mid day, one male driver doesn’t really bring home that soccer dad look.

The moral to the story is the police are kind enough to let us know there is a buyer in Fortuna that needs 25 to 30 pounds, stat!#

Travel tip 101 – Cops drive towards town near lunch hour and guess what they do after lunch they drive away from town.

No probably not . They have been random stopping SUVs in the area and doing illegal visual searches before releasing without charging . It’s happening now .

Willits shity cops used to use that tactic all the time, but I don’t think the highway patrol got involved much. Used to help keep their coffers up top asset forfeiture they like the Cash Money better. Try to get your money back and they run you through the court system

We’ve reached a final conclusion on Item 9. Illegal!

(unless you pay the tax man who in turn pays the popo and buys popo toys. Otherwise you are guilty of dealing in a mind altering evil crime causing poison that is used to fund……wait for it……..terrorism!)

Right on Willie. Nice photos.

~did you get any thank-you tokeables?

I’m interested in the cropped photo of course. Could it be harboring a not-in-the-Republic, lacking Due Process “policy”?

Yep. Decoy. Meanwhile 20 lbs of meth and heroin are passing them buy to restock hippy joe and Bensons customers. Bust one dealer, two more replace his/her spot. Why are there so many homeless junkies in humboldt? It’s not the weed, I’ll tell you that much. The best heroin in the state is smack dab right here. Weed=money. Money=addicts. Addicts=suppliers. Simple economics.

Looks to be a cadi, I will be paying attention to local auctions. Unless the county is up to its old shinnanigans of gifting seized assets. Maybe they just steal from dead people I don’t know the jury is litteraly still out on that issue.

~stealing estates from the dead … the State of INC., handled what Flemming and appt’d Honsal agreed to not touch. “The County” was penalized $17,000 -if i remember the amount correct.
