Good to see the rope and ball bearing lubricant industries come back to the USA. I just hope they’re not planning on marketing this dross as consumables to consumers. CBD without a trace of THC ain’t no damn good to anybody looking for a medical benefit.

It’s not illegal to grow 6 male plants! Go for it! Personally, I aim to seed all 7 of Xotic Flavorz’s greenhouses next year – might even light dep the boys so I can pollinate all season long!

Draft regulations sounds like they will make it almost impossible to grow Industrial Hemp in Humboldt County. Unless you pay them more then permitted mj cannabis Growers. Even though it is legal on the federal side Humboldt County’s Cash Cow might have a problem giving milk. I hear there is at least one Industrial Hemp grower already in Humboldt County and he claims to be one of the biggest in the United States you might want to start now before you get regulated out so your grandfather in. I’ve been growing my Industrial Hemp since 1996 when medicinal use started you can verify it by satellite imagery can’t stop me now.

Drift regulations make it feasible to litigate a lawsuit against you if you over drift pollen onto neighboring properties. Many farmers have successfully launched lawsuits in Oregon for getting seeded out by neighbors. Judgements have been awarded. It is pretty easy to set out pollen traps and identify were the pollen originated from with weather stream data. There are now entire law firms with practices dedicated to litigation against over drift. Go ahead and pollenate if you don’t mind losing your house and property. See you in court buddy.

Those lawsuits are commercial grows(business) vs. commercial grows(business). how would you get sued if your personal two large male plants(personal) seeded 30 % of your neighbors commercial grow(business). only the lawyers would win. people just love being able to push their agenda on other people and their rights. go ahead and take it to the courts. thas weak…you should just call your brother to come to the argument too…what has this world come to. quit turning on your neighbors..this is ridiculous.

What are they going to do ??? are they giving bees the chair for taking pollen for miles??? Thats a joke. A waste of tax money, court time, not to mention the only people that benefit is the snakey lawyers. Gimme me a break

Drift and pollination lawsuits are extremely difficult to win… there is absolutely no way to stop pollen drift.. absolutely none.. in Oregon a farmer planted acres of Hemp, and essentially walked away from the crop…seeding the other neighbors. It went to court, but I don’t beilive there was a judgment..

https://lawfinancechronicle.weebly.com/

What’s a good distance? in Pueblo CO, they ruled 10 Miles, but crops are being seeded still… I am reading like 30 Miles is feasible, but seriously nothing will stop major blooms of pollen clouds from industrial hemp, except ridge and tree lines… absolutely nothing…

Pollination inhibitors are grotesque and I doubt will pass Cali testing..

Hemp or CBD is BIG business right now in Oregon. 60,000 Acres planted.. big contracts. They are growing like 40,000 or 100,000 pounds of biomass, selling it for like $25lb… There are definitely big lawsuits mostly farmers getting sued for failing to deliver the biomass for the contracts..

Also, many of the seed companies have proved to be unreliable in thier feminization… causing damages…
https://hempindustrydaily.com/oregon-hempseed-dispute-leads-to-21-million-lawsuit/

There are companies springing up to walk fields to check for males.. on a 1000 Acre farm.. good fing luck w/ that.. hillarious..

the state has a regulation in place leave it to humboldt county to create unnecessary and expensive administrative process! i tried to explain to Estella that people like consulting firm @707grows have perfected feminization and strains of hemp that are being strictly grown for high cbd -no males -no seeds just a high quality cbd isolate end product . which can be sold online. If the county was interested in economic success , they could just follow state guidelines ..state hemp application below.

After reading the state regulations the state requirements exclude most seed and or clone suppliers. The regulatory scheme requires you to purchase only industrial hemp seed from state approved suppliers .
