A white dodge pick-up is possibly blocking the northbound lane of Ettersburg Road just past the Mattole River bridge, according to the CHP traffic incident information page. The vehicle is disabled and is located one quarter of a mile after the bridge, according to the page. As of 4:12 p.m. a CHP unit has been assigned to the scene and is en route.
