The Great Fleecing.

Your right to do something is taken away, just to sell it back to you.

Licensing is an extortion racket and depressor of prosperity. Reports must be filed continuously for multiple agencies, and profit that could stimulate the economy is diverted into feeding the State. Mandatory licensing can be described simply as extortion rackets with no real purpose in making things safer or better.

The collusion of local and state interests not only takes away the right of people to do things, but also acts as a throttle to prosperity.

Case law has spelled out quite simply the farce of licensing, such as Murdock v. Pennsylvania, 319 U.S. 105: “No state shall convert a liberty into a license, and charge a fee therefore.”

Another issued a clarion call in the fight for freedom.

If the State converts a right (liberty) into a privilege, the citizen can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right (liberty) with impunity. (Shuttlesworth v. City of Birmingham, Alabama, 373 U.S. 262)

Working outside of the Matrix is more effective at making things better and safer than the sham of licensing.

Yet another cabal of cubical dwellers wants their cut. Next up, the department of fairness and feelings. There are over two hundred Calif. agencies and they want their cut. They call it a fee when in fact it’s a tax. Try not paying them and see where they attach the “fee”. That’s right, on your property tax and if you don’t pay guess who gets to squat at your home. All taxes are collected through threats of confiscation or imprisonment. Someone has to pay for their lavish salaries, healthcare, and bloated retirements. So get back to work because there’s a bureaucrat with a spread larger than the King Ranch, squating in a cubicle, that wants the fruits of your labor.

The Auditor-Controller says that she is being denied access to county payroll records in “a level of obstruction I’ve never seen.”
Over a thousand employee’s records were ALL-OF-A-SUDDEN in November, via, who else? the Supes., turned over to . . . HUMAN RE-SOURCE. Resource – you and me.

Just a brief check yesterday on Transparent California:
