New Alert System for Redway Residents
Press release from the Redway Community Services District:
Redway Community Services District has launched a new website. https://redwaycsd.
org/ I want to draw community members attention to the Alert feature. This feature allows Redway CSD to send out alerts to community members that subscribe. The Alert service will enable the District to notify the community about hazards and emergencies in Redway should they occur. If you live in Redway or just want to be informed about Redway, please subscribe for Alerts under the News & Notices tab on the website.

I am guessing that this alert system is not related to the Humboldt county emergency alert system? Link below:

I have to admit, the system works very well and I feel a lot better knowing that I will be notified of any major event happening in Humboldt county. I’ve been involved with two tests so far and our ham radio volunteers worked with OES during the last official county/state emergency test.
