Accident in Eureka as Vehicle Hits Parked Car; One Patient Sent to Hospital

Traffic Accident Night feature iconOne person was sent to the hospital after a vehicle struck a parked car in front of Pat’s Market on 11th Street in Eureka about 11:45 p.m. A Crossfire ended up under a Lexus, according to the scanner.

How crazy, about two hours before that I was really paranoid someone was going to hit my parked car. I was parked all the way in Myrtle town, I sensed that energy all the way across town.

I wonder if the Crossfire was the same one, white, parked near the Shanty with some knucklehead playing loud hip-hop about an hour before the accident.

Was a white Crossfire. Was being the operative word here.

Unfortunately, our Lexus paid the ultimate price.

I’ve been all over the world,
Arcata and Eureka are the only places my legally parked car was ever hit.
