Dennis Hicks Found Guilty of Felony Reckless Evading of Officer

Press release from the Humboldt County District Attorney’s Office:

Dennis HicksToday, Humboldt County District Attorney Maggie Fleming announced that on January 17, 2019, a Humboldt County Superior Court jury found 40-year-old Dennis Hicks guilty of felony reckless evading of an officer, as well as driving with a suspended license for a prior driving under the influence conviction. The most recent convictions stem from a July 2, 2018 incident on Highway 101 near Myers Flat, when Humboldt County Sheriff’s Deputy Pryor attempted a traffic stop of the defendant for vehicle code violations and because the deputy knew of a felony warrant for the defendant for his failure to comply with the terms of his felony probation for auto theft. An ensuing high-speed chase included Hicks driving on the wrong side of the highway and exiting it via an onramp. Public-safety concerns led the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office to cancel the pursuit; Humboldt County Sheriff’s Deputies later found and arrested Hicks.

Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward prosecuted the case. Joe Judge of the Humboldt County Office of Conflict Counsel represented the defendant. The Humboldt County District Attorney’s Office appreciates the time and effort of the jury.

Sentencing is scheduled for February 26, 2019 before Judge Timothy Canning. Hicks faces up to 3 years in prison.

~i wouldn’t sacrifice my soul!!!

The idea that the solution is more Attorneys, more regulation, more debt, and less risk is dangerously absurd. The powers that were (PTW), have false oaths including all the Attorneys and the pirates in black robes. You have to be a little shy of gray matter to want to use the fraud to get out of the fraud….

A person to fill a term of office is not permitted to assume the duties of the office until he files a bond and oath of office, which must be done before the commencement of the term, or the office shall be deemed vacant. People v. Quimby, 152 Colo. 231, 381 P.2d 275 (1963).

“The fact is that the average man’s love of liberty is nine-tenths imaginary, exactly like his love of sense, justice and truth. He is not actually happy when free; he is uncomfortable, a bit alarmed, and intolerably lonely. Liberty is not a thing for the great masses of men. It is the exclusive possession of a small and disreputable minority, like knowledge, courage and honor. It takes a special sort of man to understand and enjoy liberty– and he is usually an outlaw in democratic societies.” — H.L. Mencken, Baltimore Evening Sun, Feb. 12,1923.

conflict lawyers are not public defenders-they are private lawyers hired by the state when there is a conflict of interest

~when isn’t there a conflict of interest? The court clerk works for the State. The person wearing a black robe works for the State. The public pretender/lawyer works for the State. All performed under color of law in an Administration room.

I’m not saying the guy is or isn’t guilty. I think it important to know what part the actors are playing.

Bottom line –they’re trying to get us to testify there is money. We’re trying to get them to witness there isn’t.

Thank you for your input patrick cherry.

TO:
“ . . . just a cozy group of truth tellers”,

~if we are going to have a “declared” martial law then we should all learn what to expect and how to use the military courts for bringing the cases of RICO Organized Crime Gang Scheme Extortion Racket traffic stops to the Attorney General for prosecution. In fact, all cases we are summoned to under the threat of death by a thug with a gun, who drag our bodies into a civilian appearing court, but said court has a martial law Army military flag, should be brought to the attention of the AG. We non-combatant peaceful protected civilians are entitled to civilian due process, but we cannot get to civilian due process in an Army martial law flag-flying summary process court. The entire BAR Card owned and operated Judicial System is a Grande Deception.

As you can determine from Title 50 USC 4302 we remain under martial law military occupation because there has never been a Peace Treaty that ended the Civil War. The advertisement for the martial law occupation is brass cannon balls on top of outdoor flag poles and eagles and spikes on top of indoor flag poles along with gold rope signifying summary administrative procedure, ruled over by an administrator with an advisory jury panel, only to make the charade look legit.

The advisory jury, composed of plantation slaves subject to benefits of the trust government are specifically chosen because they don’t know fact from fiction and there combined intelligence is usually less than that of one dairy cow; and they have no authority to make any decisions in the outcome of the case.

UNITED STATES v. GRIFFITH et aI., 2 F.2d 925, (Court of Appeals of District of Columbia. Submitted October 9, 1924. Decided December 1, 1924.), No. 4114. “An employee [employee means ‘subject to benefits’. Everyone with a ssn who works for an employer who has an EIN is deemed an employee of United States] of United States is not qualified to serve as member of grand jury in any District.” Once again, the illusion of reality has replaced actual reality.

The slaves in the jury always vote for their masters 99 per cent of the time because they embrace the illusion of reality as being actual reality. Because the resident slaves are so dadgum dumbed-down we pretty much live in a country and state that is totally lawless and currently operates under judicial tyranny and anarchy, just like what Jesus Christ was faced with from Pharisees, who twisted the law to their own profit-motivated language while under the rule of the Roman Empire, because the people then willingly chose “lack of knowledge”.

Most thugs with guns are only “this state” trust or corporate property guards like any trust or corporation that has an armed private ‘policy’ and ‘custom enforcement’ department, and are NOT Transportation officers authorized to enforce the speeding section of the Vehicle Code; and because section 34681 specifically allows speed enforcement only upon commercial operators, if you check the/your latest speeding citation, the box called “com veh” is never checked off because you are not engaged in hauling paying-passengers for hire, in a commercial vehicle.

Traffic citations issued to peaceful non-combatant protected civilians is an extortion racket and such racketeering upon the peaceful protected civilians within the occupied territory is prohibited.

It takes skillzzzzz to connect the dots of the Civil War-martial law – non combatants- traffic citations con-spired story.

Anyone who doesn’t understand may be employed by the CIA, I would proceed with caution. You’ve exposed the cabal for sure with this one.

How are your tribunals going? Have 80-100 members of congress been prosecuted yet?

They are indeed private attorneys. I once had Judge Wilson represent me, when he was a private attorney, because my husbands ex wife was being represented by the public defender. My ex was being represented by Judge Hinrichs when SHE was a prvate attorney for the same reason.😊

Why else would a local, insignificant, twenty-some year career criminal make a trip to the District of Criminals?

If there is one place Hicks belongs it’s jail. It’s just too bad they couldnt charge him with a fraction of the stuff he is guilty of so he could stay there for a decade or two.

He had his day in court. The defense did everything possible to raise reasonable doubt. Unfortunately for Hicks, the jury saw straight through it and gave the guilty verdict that he deserved.
He could have killed someone and was more than adequately represented. Justice was served.

Can we not ship perpetual criminals to Gauantanamo or some place like that? I’m no angel, but I sure have learned my lesson, like when I was 15. Still haven’t figured out why career criminals are allowed to live in our communities. I would rather build a wall around a state like AZ and dump all career criminals there to live. Just one big state full of f@ck ups that can’t get their sh!t together.

To my knowledge, Gitmo has been re-vamped awaiting the global para$ite$. They’ll probably spend ten years walking back and forth from a tribunal before the death sentence is pronounced.

Kym, thank you again for providing this community Emerald Triangle public forum. Having said that . . . this is off subject; however, i think is of interest and worthy of sharing. Is it fact? Is it truth? Does it have value? Does it have merit? That’s the reader’s determination i figure.

Trump is a great chess player and having a battle of wits with these communists is like having a battle with an unarmed man. Take time to read and understand what is about to happen……………….

The best way to answer this article is to count the number of sentences in it.

Take the total number and multiply by 9.

Devide that total by the number of stars visible on Thors-day.

Take the remainder and repeat until you ask yourself what the F are you doing this for?

At least one dept has began the request to restructure their employee status. Performance is now top priority instead of last. Let’s hope that more depts join the common sense guidelines. https://dod.defense.gov/News/News-Releases/News-Release-View/Article/1060585/department-of-defense-announces-changes-to-procedures-and-policy-for-reduction/

A tweeter everyone follows wrote out an explanation complementary of the RIF, and even mentioned the AmericanThinker article. He said to pay extra attention to post #9. He includes links to the official pages for those who appreciate verification. https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1086429874569576448.html

I’m still confused about it, but just the fact that the depts (1 at the least) is serious about getting their depts buttoned up in tip top fashion, makes it worthy enough to write home about it.
Scratch that! I get it now!! Hot dam!

One of the first rules the enemy teaches in indoctrinating their puppets, never admit you are wrong, no matter how clearly it is demonstrated by your challenger(s) in a debate. The strategy used to maintain the illusion – deny, deny, deny. -suzy blah blah

No I’m not denying the Civil War – traffic violation – Mueller Connection at all.

I had a sign at the march today that explained the whole thing too.

I also think the Dark Crystal was a good movie. Actually I don’t, but my lady does. I dont get my political commentary from puppet movies though. Unless were talking original star wars.
