Stormy weather is pounding the Emerald Counties this Sunday morning. Some roads are requiring chains.

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning with widespread rain and mountain snow to 10 p.m. tonight. Please be careful if you are driving.

We’ve put together a post showing what’s happening where and will update it throughout the day in green font.

Major Highways–Here’s What We Know:

Nonsense, drive as fast as you wish. This is virtual weather funded by those rapacious oil companies to distract you from the horror of “global warming”. This insight provided by a failed politician from Tennessee with a carbon footprint the size of Texas blogging from his beachfront house in California.

Thanks WOW, I appreciate the option of taking the lead rather than following a gaggle of clueless drivers who just don’t get it. Turn off your phone, insure the vehicle is well maintained with proper tires and enjoy the wonder of a beautiful snow covered landscape. Oh, and don’t forget your bug-out kit if things go south.

We should have way more snow by now. Most years it’s piled up 2-3’ at my place by now. It’s a start I guess.
