Sequoia Humane Society staff have made the following comments about Steele:
Hi, my name is Steele! I’m a 15 pound, male, beagle mix, and I was born around 12/12/2015.
Inquisitive dogs like to dive into new things, and we tend to be snuggly and like cuddles and giving kisses. I may still be a little bit bashful as I adjust to our new home together, but that’ll be easiest in a household with a moderate activity level.
If you are considering adopting from Sequoia Humane Society, filling out a general applicaiton is the first step. It’s good for a year, and the oldest general application has first pick, when any animal becomes available for adoption. Visit us at Sequoia Humane Society or like us on Facebook
The American Kennel Club describes Beagles like this, “Not only is the Beagle an excellent hunting dog and loyal companion, it is also happy-go-lucky, funny, and—thanks to its pleading expression—cute. [Beagles] were bred to hunt in packs, so they enjoy company and are generally easygoing.”

Cute little fella.
He is sooo cute.
Looking at you with sad eyes is how many beagles end up overweight. Hard to resist.
Looks like they use that selfy app that they use in Japan to make eyes bigger and rounder. Or it’s just a cute pup
