Hooray.
Hooray? The City Manager will make decisions passed to him from the City Attorney and the elected will sign nothing. Just like Eureka. And every one of them will pledge their allegiance to a 4-colored flag while the sheep follow along. baaaa.
WAKE UP!
Pray tell us what 4-colored flag you are referring to.
