With rain and wind beating up much of the Emerald Counties, here’s a look at what’s happening on our major roads. We’ll also update with county roads as we learn about issues.

Meanwhile, if you must travel remember the roads are slick and water will have ponded in areas. Rock slides have been reported in multiple areas and an occasional tree has been reported across roads. There is a flash flood warning for areas where the Mendocino Complex wildfires burned this year.

The weekend will be much less wet than today so if possible consider putting off travel plans until tomorrow.
UPDATES after 2:30 p.m. in green.

Mendo county is getting heavy-duty rains, beginning just south of the Grove.

HumCo is getting piddly-diddly scattered drops. Specifically, Carlotta.
