Car Burglar Flees in Eureka

About 11 p.m. a suspect was surprised breaking into a silver Ford Explorer on Grotto and C Streets in Eureka, according to scanner traffic. The suspect fled with stolen items and law enforcement is looking for him.

good luck to who? to the burglar trying to get away? to the person who just got burgled? or to the judge who cant punish him hard enough because this is california?
