Convoy (With Chipper!) Headed Up Alderpoint Road

Convoy on the Move ChipperIn surprising, late-season news, law enforcement is reported to be heading up Alderpoint Road this morning with a chipper. One reader said she saw “8 trucks and a wood chipper” about 7:30 a.m.

Most of the vehicles were unmarked.

Many, if not most growers, have completed or nearly completed their full-term harvests.

Taxes are one thing but extortionist fees, by the County on top of the taxes, as well as uneven administration of “Justice” is something else entirely!!!

Maybe not downtown Willow Creek but the surrounding areas have been “hit” at least a few times this season. No matter how many times they “hit” the area I doubt people like you will ever be satisfied.

Unmarked vehicles with a wood chipper? Sounds like tree service.

None of the trucks where unmarked. All but one was the blue fish and game variety with the star marking on the door. The one other was white again with the star marking on the door.

Wondering if ,with the increased presence of Fish and Wildlife’s participation in raids, the environmental abatement program will continue after harvest of outdoor crops. It seems that these fines for environmental infractions are not so much about illegal cannabis cultivation as the associated impact on the environment. If the cannabis is taken out of the picture will they continue to force abatement of land and water impacts of homesteading in general?

They were abating parcels last January. There does not have to be weed if you graded, built, and grew. They can see you. They know.

Probably will because it’s about high doller liens on properties, its all about stealing all they can from the population.u sing the environmental movement is just a front for extortion.as if the giant permitted farms there allowing are 100%enviromentaly friendly.its all about pay to play and if you don’t, plan to get extorted. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Even if you do pay, you aren’t safe. The truth is, that unless you built your home in the last 3-4 years, with full inspections & permits, every house and property in Humboldt is out of compliance. With the eyes from the skies, they can see all.

Easy for law enforcement now that it’s starting to be hung up,chipper efficiency. Let the illegal growers work hard then destroy.

Strangely losing a job does not often cause homelessness but homelessness and losing a job frequently share a common cause.

We survived the Redwood Park Expansion Act, which was much more devastating to the economy than a bunch of recently arrived pot growers leaving. Although the damage is still visible from RPEA, survival is still going on. Pot growing is a symptom that filled the void. All you pot growers are not anywhere as important as that, despite your opinions about your value.
