CHP Still on the Lookout for Suspect Who Fled on Foot Near Weaverville

Keeler Keebler Harris

This is a press release from the California Highway Patrol. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:

On 10/07/2018, at approximately 1500 hours, a Trinity River CHP officer attempted to make an enforcement stop on a pickup that was traveling westbound on SR-299, west of Trinity Dam Blvd, at a speed in excess of 100 MPH.  In an attempt to evade the CHP, the pickup maintained speeds of 80 – 105 MPH before it turned left on Industrial Parkway, just east of Weaverville.  When the pickup stopped at the end of Industrial Parkway the driver and occupants took foot bail.  CHP caught and arrested two of the occupants; the driver is still at large. [See earlier press release here.]

UPDATE 10/11/2018:

There were at least four subjects in the vehicle. Three of the subjects attempted to escape on foot and one remained seated in the right front passenger seat of the subject vehicle. CHP officers were able to apprehend two of the occupants as they fled (Donaldson and Grace). The party that remained in the vehicle was identified and confirmed to be the party who had rented the vehicle. He was released with the vehicle on scene. The suspected driver of the vehicle was determined to be Keeler Keebler Harris from Florida. This information was based on statements from the passengers and an identification found in the vehicle. A subsequent search by a CHP helicopter and ground units of the surrounding area was unsuccessful and the suspected driver remains outstanding. Harris is described as a black adult male, 5′-6″ tall and 170 pounds. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Harris is urged to notify the CHP at (530)623-3832.

Even if they catch him, there’s no point in interrogations, he’s already been grilled…

From Florida? They probably came to the emerald triangle to fish the Trinity River.

Should be easy to locate. Has enough metal to cause a magnetic aberration.

Give the search up. He’ll be impossible to catch among all the other black folks in Weaverville…

Wonder what crime they committed prior to being chased, and more importantly, why it’s not mentioned
