Three Arrested Connected to Suspected Drug House in McKinleyville, Says DTF

WeaponsThis is a press release from the Humboldt County Drug Task Force. The information has not been proven in a court of law and any individuals described should be presumed innocent until proven guilty:

On September 18, 2018, at approximately 2:00 p.m., Special Agents with the Humboldt County Drug Task Force, with the assistance of the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team, served a search warrant at a residence located in the 2200 block of Walnut Avenue, McKinleyville. In addition to numerous complaints of suspected drug activity at this residence, agents previously received information that Dustin Dartanuan Craig (age 35) was involved in narcotics distribution, including the manufacturing and sales of Dimethyltryptamine (commonly referred to as “DMT”).

Dustin Dartanuan Craig

Upon arrival, agents observed Craig driving away from the residence in what was determined to be a stolen vehicle. Agents and SWAT members followed Craig to a business located in the 2600 block of Central Avenue, McKinleyville, where he was placed under arrest without incident. Agents went back to the residence on Walnut Avenue and observed multiple people running from Craig’s residence. Two of the subjects, later identified as Jason Kyle Jolley (age 41) and Chancellor Kenneth Seymore (age 19), were detained pending further investigation.

It was later determined that Jolley attempted to conceal two firearms in a nearby residence. These firearms were recovered and Jolley, who is a previously convicted felon and is prohibited from possessing firearms, was charged with weapons violations. Agents also learned that Seymore has a felony warrant for his arrest and was subsequently taken into custody. The above named subjects were booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on the following charges:

Chancellor Kenneth Seymore

Chancellor Kenneth Seymore

  • Dustin Craig – Possession of a stolen vehicle and maintaining a residence for drug sales

  • Jason Jolley – Felon in possession of a firearm, possession of a prohibited firearm, felon in possession of ammunition, and illegal gang activity

  • Chancellor Seymore – No bail felony warrant

Suspected DMT was recovered from Craig’s residence and will undergo further analysis.

Anyone with information related to this investigation or other narcotics related crimes are encouraged to call the Humboldt County Drug Task Force at 707-444-8095 or the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office Tip Line at 707-268-2539.

Judges love tat faced low life’ and everything they represent as they litter his court room with their presence. Sad thing is, up to some point since birth, there had to have been a flickering hope that evidently faded quick in their lives. ALL tats, not just face tats ,,,,tell their own tale of why they are where they are.

I’ve traveled the world and met incredibly kind and open minded people…. with this tattoo…. what does that mean?!?!?!?!???? It means when you judge a book by its cover, you probably have not read very many books… I feel sorry for you …… your judgements come from your insecurities

I think there should be classes taught in school that teaches kids that, if they choose to get visible tattoos like on Jolley, it is EXTREMELY unlikely they will EVER get a meaningful honest job; hence the low-life’ POS scum forever and ever. Just throw away the key. The cost of arresting these dirtbags, bringing them to trial, and detain and release is likely far more expensive and time-consuming than just keeping them in, doing hard labor.

“Throw the key away” and who will pay for their incarceration? TAXPAYERS!! It already costs taxpayers an average of $67,000 to keep the sentenced for one year. Not to mention the costs for more prisons. At the rate judges sentence the guilty by 2025 California will need five more prisons. The State has already sent state prisoners to local jails because of the overcrowding at State prisons. Where is that money coming from? Increased gas tax by one dollar per gallon. Low lead gas would be over $5+ per gallon. Have a diesel vehicle, over $6 a gallon. Cuts in education. Cuts to Cal Fire. No sense putting out fires they only come bach the next year. Cuts in Caltrans. Slides on 101 and 299. Leave them and we can all sue highway 36. Strike down Proposition 13 and raise property taxes. That would also raise rental properties and raise product prices at stores. We could double the cost of vehicle registrations. Pay $200 for your big truck registration. Now your bill is $300! If you have a boat triple the cost. Start taxing ALL foods. Triple the tax on beer and wine. Do away with unemployment Insurance and give that money to the prison system. And the list goes on. You want to send the tattooed guys to prison and throw away the key? Won’t happen until you (taxpayers) pay up.

Too bad the only option society has is to try to survive the infection freely spreading or to isolate the infection.

Taxing gasoline for prisons is an abuse of tax. Gasoline taxes should only be used for road and bridge infrastructure and other travel related community expenses.

My husband has a face full of tattoos and as you have so lightly put it, is a ” low life, POS.” He has a full time job at a “honest legit business.” He is an amazing father and husband to our children. So please, tell me when they teach these classes to our children about judgement and scorn for these type of people. What will you tell my son, who idolizes his father or to his friends who have seen his dad but are now being taught that anyone with a face full of tattoos should be treated with distaine. That would destroy my childs self esteem, self worth, and his innocent. It would show him how cural and inhuman this world can be. Yes, my husband made a mistake when he was young and he served his time and paid his debt to society. Like in all walks of life there is good and bad, teach your children the difference.

Some people do suck. They suck the very air from people’s lives with their stupidity. Only stupidity thinks it is who says something that makes an idea wrong or right, not whether it actually is wrong or right. Of such stupidity is racism kept alive.

Agreed, but all walks of people are into psychedelics these days. I have to wonder if he was recrystallizing and offering a clean product, or if it was nasty waxy/goopy material full of residues.

How can anyone think that people willing to offer illegal goods are going to concern themselves with the quality or safety of what they sell?

I sure as hell did back in my heyday. People who have deep connections with the psychedelics they grow/extract and want the purest products for their own consumption often care about the quality of the product they put out there. Not all, but still quite a few.

I also didn’t sell much of the product i produced, because some things are more important than money.

Not all people who are into chemicals are bad people.

Yup. Convicted felony are prime candidates for exercising constitutional rights. I wonder why some regard it as a Constitutional right to be as miserable an excuse for a human being as they want.

The Constitution is not all about individual freedom of action. The amendments know as the Bill of Rights are but only to temper, not eliminate, the freedoms others have to their own rights of, as the Constitution says as its very reason to exist, to “establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity.” Crap on Domestic Tranquility and the Constitution takes note. In other words the Constitution says it’s not all about you and what you want.

Yup. That is why the government can’t arrest people for having face tattoos. But the public is not so restrained and is free to say that tattooing stupid opinions on your face, especially ones advertising criminality, is a clear demonstration of the stupidity of the possessor.

Yes it is. Face tattoos don’t kill people though…..also, it’s a sign of weakness. Real badass gangsters like the Yakuza and Russian Mob would tattoo everywhere else BUT there hands and face. This way they blend in with society.
