Highway 36 Open for Labor Day Weekend

Just wanted to let everyone know that full road closure schedule for the Labor Day weekend coming up. We will have a full closure on Friday from 8am to 12pm and then will open the road for the weekend at 12pm Friday. We will resume work Tuesday morning at 6am flagging 30 min delays until full closures begin at 8am. This gives you a clear window of opportunity between 12pm Friday and 6am Tuesday for traveling or enjoying the weekend.  Attached is the general flyer for the project for anyone who might have forgot the schedule or anyone new included in this update. Yeah, but if you pick through it you eventually get 36 being open noon, Friday until 6 AM Tuesday just for the holiday weekend.

The lede is a little clunky for sure.
