  • Somebody commented the junkies not able to get their drugs due to the fires
is making them crazy, causing a spike in crime; makes sense.

  • Where is the campground at the Bayshore mall?

Should just say a homeless woman and her homeless child killed someone.

  • Prayers for the family of this young man. These two SOB’s need to get the death penalty for their cold, heartless act. I pray this will not turn in to another “Kitchen” trial.

    • She doesnt have enough $upport to evade this. And where are the throngs of commenters echoing sentiment for the folks living in this squalor? I seem to recall many commentors begging sympathy and solutions for the members of these camps. Even success stories by city officials who hired someone from there. Well here is the problem. Eureka has been overrun by junkies. @mayor @supes wtf are you all doing about this? Waiting for betty chin t o solve these issues is not acceptable. Clear the camps now! Clean em up, and clear em out. Clean up your city already, it’s filthy.

  • 3 hots and a cott from here on out. Condolences to the family. Tragic this keeps happening in our beautiful Humboldt.

  • Occult ritual? In a cemetery after all.

  • I don’t understand how this mother can look at herself after helping her son, (her baby) to turn right into a monster! Helping to arrange the murder of someone else’s child, because her son couldn’t keep a girlfriend at 15. Extremely common problems for such an age, to be solved by dating some other teenage girl, NOT murdering, in cold blood, a child who agreed your ex was attractive. The mother needs to rot in prison for never giving her son the guidance needed, and instead removing him from homes where he may have learned some compassion.

  • Drugs, drugs, drugs…..
My hometown is in shambles. Clean it up Eureka, CALIF.
I can only hope this murder didn’t occur over my Mother’s or Grandparent’s graves.

  • No comments about her race or skin color… surprise surprise… interesting comments or lack of, for such a heinous crime… where’s all those conservative haters

  • Maybe put Betty C. in charge of all the transient camps, at least hers aren’t this bad.
