[UPDATE: Not Found] Vegetation Fire Reported Near Redcrest on Hwy 101
At approximately 9:18 p.m., a report of a small fire burning alongside northbound Hwy 101 came in from a person attempting to put it out.
Several fire engines are headed towards the scene.

UPDATE 9:52 p.m.: No fire was found.

Kym, about 9:30pm last night (8-5-18), my Bride asked me to come outside and look at this strange light in the sky. Went out on the back deck and up in the sky in the SouthWest at about 1:00 high was a object that looked like a plane but it wasn’t moving very much at all, but, maybe every minute or so, it would move so very slightly, but, pretty well in the same area and position. I thought that it might have been a Satellite or even a large Drone of some time. I tried to take a picture of it with my Nikon, but, have not looked at the frames yet to see if it shows up. Has any others of your readership asked about this yet? Sure was a strange looking object. Once, it kind of got bright and looked like the shape of a form of a plane, but, than got more like when we first seen it. I know one thing, we watched it for quite some time and it never moved from it’s original position are from when we first started watching it. I haven’t heard anything else like this but could it have been a balloon from Project Loon?
