The Humboldt County Department of Public Works will be replacing 2 culverts at the intersection of Humboldt Loop Rd. and Ridge View Circle in Shelter CoveOpens a New Window..
Construction is scheduled for July 16 with a completion date of July 19. Expect road closures with detours in the area.

The gas tax is too high and hurts the poor. If the creep governor would stop spending $25 billion a year on illegal aliens who do not belong here, we would not have to pay an increase in taxes. If he and the democrats had not stolen money from the lottery, which was supposed to be for schools only, Casterlin school would have the money to keep the teacher they need. And what about the chic who stole so much money from them, why is she not in jail? Democrats steal, lie, and suck.
To be fair both sides steal, lie and cheat! But really we the people are the ones that allowed them and even voted them into the position to do so. If we don’t get a handle on the spending soon this country will collapse. 22 trillion and counting.

You can’t use Lottery $ to fill a teaching position anyway!!! It can only be used for NON continuing things such as supplies etc!!!
