NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION For Upper Pacific Road, Post Mile 0.81 And Lower Pacific Road, Post Mile 0.00
The Humboldt County Department of Public Works will be replacing 2 culverts at the intersection of Upper Pacific Road and Lower Pacific Road in Whitethorn/Shelter Cove.
Construction is scheduled for July 10, 2018 with a completion date of July 12, 2018. Expect traffic delays and Detours around the construction area.

We pay 47.3-cent combined excise tax and gas tax on every gallon. And now it’s pegged to inflation. It’s Highway robbery under the guise of work. Political advertising even reaches podunk little towns in booneyville.
And that does not include the “transportation improvement fee” on vehicle licenses.
Just wait until they force tax by the mile down our throats. When is it enough? Maybe we should pass a bill that forces every government employee to use mass transit instead of private motorcade, limos, jets and the like!
