  • My sympathies to the many people who were friends and his family.

  • May he Rest In Peace. My condolences to his loved ones.

  • Bummer it was a family member who made the initial find but at least now they know for sure, which I suppose is some consolation but not much!!! I hope he finds the peace on the other side he didn’t obviously find here!!! At least let him find his way to The Light & cross over from this “Infernal Earth” it’s geting to be more like Hell is supposed to be every day… IM(ns)HO!!!!

  • Fly free my friend! Your pain is gone and you’re flying free amongst the stars! I just wish that I’d gotten the chance to hug you one last time. My heart is truly broken. You were one of the best mentors a girl could have in the security game! Knight Hoggz for Life!!

  • Demetrious was a good man . i haven’t seen him much for a decade, but this really stinks. much love and condolences to his family.

  • May you rest peacefully Pappa Dee. You were a good friend to me. You touched the lives of many people. You were kind and friendly and helpful. You were loved by so many people. I do miss you my friend, I surely do.

  • If they don’t suspect foul play then it’s possible he he’s another victim of the opioid crisis…may the man rest in peace.I think we may have met but I can’t be sure

  • Big love to all his friends and family.

  • Please refrain from analyzing the situation or making personal comments about assumed addictions. He was a good soul and has children. A family is grieving. Well wishes and prayers for the family is all that is needed, nothing else. If you know the family then call personally. Otherwise please consider who may read this. He was not on drugs. His personal issues are just that, personal. Please respect the family. Do not name his children or post details about the family. Thank you.

  • Whatever we all have demons. You are petty for mentioning his here. Pappa D. Was also beloved by his family and friends and led an incredibly diverse life. Gave many jobs over the years in both landscaping and concert security work. I got my start in both over 20 years ago. I’m not perfect and I don’t expect others to be. “D” you opened arms and doors for me when no one else would, and I feel for your family in this time. You let me earn and then christened me “Knight Hog” over 20 years ago long before most in the security world even remember. Love you brother wishing you peace untill all the Knight Hogs return home.

  • Ahhh Dee…. rest in peace brother… much love to the family from branscomb… TK

  • Rest in Peace.

  • A gentle and loving soul! I will miss his beautiful smile and kind heart. His two wise and beautiful children are a true gift to this world. Thank you Demetris and to two of the strongest women I know, their mothers. I am at a loss with words, the pain is real, the grief is real, and I if there is anyway I can help, let me know.
