Head ink on the oldest looking one of the bunch, what a way to say I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer!!! I sell illicit dangerous drugs to others so they can ruin their lives also!!! Good start now, find the ones supplying them!!!

Here we have all this anti immigrant talk coming out of the Trump administration, why can’t we deport folks like this somewhere? Maybe some ‘shit hole’ country or something. What a shining example of the ‘superior’ race!

Amphetamine was first made in 1887 in Germany and methamphetamine, more potent and easy to make, was developed in Japan in 1919. The crystalline powder was soluble in water, making it a perfect candidate for injection. Methamphetamine went into wide use during World War II, when both sides used it to keep troops awake.

Why not vote to legalize it locally? We can all get permits from the county to manufacture and distribute. It’s no big deal, just a schedule 1 controlled substance… Think of the prosperity that could come from the tax revenue! We can all get medical cards to allow personal use! There could be new jobs!

This is sad. That these near-elders have not found a way forward without guns and meth.
May this be a wake-up call to each of them!

Leopards don’t change their spots. I doubt any of this group is new to meth and I’d be shocked if even one of them gives it up. Bless you though for your optimism.

Well, I’ll be! Here we have been led to believe that all the meth was being brought in and sold by the Mexican cartels in Northern, California. Could it be our local homegrown Meth Mongrels and their clan from our neighboring states, have set up shop (labs) locally where the penalties are much less, if they are found out and arrested!

Maybe the Drug Task Force has found a way to make arresting the local methsters profitable! We’ll know for sure if we see the local labs getting closed down after a 6+ years of the, “not my job”, policy from our local police force. Meth can no longer be ignored and tolerated, as it is tied to almost everything bad that is currently happening in our community! Wake up and smell the roses, not the chemicals!!!

All the people arrested in the above press release look at least 20 years older than their stated ages! I think the Eagles had it right. “Life in the fast lane, surely make you lose your mind”!

Meth is manufactured in Mexico and brought across the border where the trash of all races buys in bulk and sell it

Most meth is brought up from Mexico now because it’s way cheaper, more pure, and less hassle than cooking it here. Mexico can still get the precursor chemicals easily. It’s been this way for a few years now and Ca meth labs being discovered or suspected has plummeted…

Most meth probably does come from Mexico, but meth is also still being manufactured here in Humboldt county. Meth labs are not being discovered because they are not being looked for. Our local police don’t have the funding to process these labs since the federal funding went away in 2012, when the war on drugs ended. They also don’t have the knowledge or equipment that is necessary to close them down. We also don’t have any local hazmat companies with chemical suits to remove the toxic chemicals and we also don’t have the people to process these labs any longer. No meth labs have been busted for many years here in Humboldt county. Meth labs are treated like they don’t exist. They are way too expensive and dangerous to deal with. Not something you want to hear, if you have one in your neighborhood! Lack of enforcement involving the constant dangers these toxic chemicals impose is not acceptable for any reason.

Addiction is a disease. For all of the residual effects of these alleged actions it is still part of the progression of illness. I don’t see amongst the charges any forced drug use at gun point. All of those people could also be the old guy who held the door open for you at the store last week. You were thanking him then, now he’s the scourge of the earth. Maybe your all bent out of shape cause nobody offered to share with you. You’ll have to go find your own hookup. When it comes in a bottle with an rx on it there’s no problem, that person is doing something about their illness…….

There is no principle in that whole comment except an addict can never be blamed for doing anything. There are so many mash ups of conflicting ideas. Thanking someone for opening a door is not the equivalent of giving him a free pass to steal. Most people who actually have a prescription do not manufacture their own drugs and sell them to others. And the offer of sharing an illegal drug doesn’t make a good person. Selling a highly addicted illegal drug actually does make someone a bad person.

Don’t take the comforting words that are intended to reduce self loathing so treatment can accepted as a blank check to do anything wrong you want. Even disease does not give you the right to spread it because it’s convenient for you.

addiction is an excuse for being lazy and refusing to earn an honest days work.when your to worthless to work then your days free nothing to do but get higher and higher.
it all starts with being unwilling to work and pay your own way.
everyone thinks they are entitled .Free food free clothes ,We should all work and give to them because they need it more than us. f that

We are working on 3erd and 4th generation tweakers. This social problem can’t just be removed from the neighborhood. Especially with cops doing month long investigation for a couple bags of meth. Cartell has more resources than the sheriff’s department. It costed HCSO more to make this bust than the dope is worth. They will never eradicate this drug or any other black market products.
