Redwood Drive Between Garberville and Redway Will Be One Way Controlled Traffic Today

Today and tomorrow, Humboldt County Road crews will be crack sealing between Redway and Garberville and there will be one way controlled traffic. “We’ll also be removing reflectors and putting temps on there,” explained Denton Carrick. This is in preparation for a construction to come in and do a full seal.

“The week of the 11th is when they are coming down to do that seal,” Carrick said. “It takes a while to dry,” he explained.

County crews will be working between 8:30 to 4 p.m. today. “If you can avoid Redwood Drive today, do,” Carrick said. Traffic should be moving slowly. Traveling Hwy 101 should be a better option.
