Tiny Team Takes Top in Division
A tiny group of athletes took first in the Tiny Novice division at the American Championship Nationals in Anaheim on April 7 and 8. The Glitter Girls, from Dream Athletics out of Eureka were first out of five teams in their division. The team brought home gold medals and jackets!

I genuinely applaud these young women for their competitive athletic prowess. May they go on to wonderful lives filled with great achievements. But, I would much rather see female athletes compete in clothing devoid of any hint of sexuality and without makeup. I watch sports to enjoy the healthy competition and look forward to the day when we can drop the sparkly uniforms and makeup and concentrate on just human athleticism.
In the mean time, I would like to congratulate the The Giller Girls for a job well done. Go team!
The Glatz the Glam and the makeup are apart of the sport as well as the athleticism… The girls love getting all dolled up, glittered up as well as the very awesome uniforms… Which by the way, are not sexually provocative considering that they are 4-7 year olds …
Yeah , nobody was thinking that but you .
Good job , girls !
Way to go kids! Awesome!!
So cute!
While for seasons on end some have languished in indecision, or barely performed struggling with any amount burdens or grief, these little rascals have grown up, and shown up, and are now winning medals and shit!
Get a grip, those 5 year olds have some folks looking pretty useless.
It’s ** Glitter Girls **
They are the “GLITTER GIRLS” not Giller and these littles worked very hard for this win. Congratulations girlies on a job well done!
Fixed.
My Granddaughter is one of those glitter gal National Champions and I’m so proud of her hard work and sportsmanship in every way! Love Grandpa
Great job to the entire organization!
