A Benbow Eaglet Has Arrived!

Today, photographer Talia Rose who monitors the Benbow Eagle’s nest, announced that she has seen the first eaglet. We’ve been watching the little ones grow and take flight since 2014 thanks to Talia and her camera.

Below she captured a photo of one of the parent eagle’s successful fishing expedition today.

Thank you Talia Rose and Kym Kemp for the amazing wildlife photos. So excited for eaglet, used to see many more Bald Eagles in Scotia and Carlotta areas.

Very cool. I don’t know why there aren’t more of them down here, weather is nice, fish are plentiful in diminishing water levels, plenty of trees… of course there’s idiots out there that would want to shoot them.
