Glad to hear the driver wasn’t injured. I wonder if it’s a first-time 36’er or someone who knows the road well and just got complacent.

No head injury is “minor”

Hard to say without more details, but there have been several wrecks in a row of late, which is a bit unnerving!!! I’m used to maybe at most in Summer with all the “Growdozers” on the road a wreck a week or so!!! 3 wrecks in as many days is a bit much even for 36!!! That’s my $.02 worth YMMV!!!

I’ve drove trucks similar to that.(never pulled a heavy trailer though). Big truck, feels heavy, feels invincible(!) right up till you encounter highway 36 between mile marker 22 thru 37. Dangerous road!!!!

People need to save their brakes for that corner. Maybe a caution sign at the top would help.

Sadly, they would likely just ignore it, like they do the speed limit signs & the other warning type signs as well!!!

There are plenty of caution signs. They come in the form of % grades. That let’s us know as drivers how steep the grade is.
