  • I perceived there will be lots of defaulted properties up for auction in the next couple years.

    • I bet sooner than 2 years this county is a sinking ship ! As soon at the county coffers drain what’s left of the local cash it’s over, even the few folks that claim there not connected with the industry will feel it in some way. There aren’t too many jobs in this area that are isolated from the last 30 years of cash flow. It’s going to hurt the small businesses the worst I’m afraid. With the amazon machine and low cash flow they will all but dissipate. Good luck to all your going to need it!!

  • I perceive that property tax is unconstitutional.

  • It takes several years of nonpayment for the property to default so we won’t see any from the current situation for 5 or 6 years. The ones on now are people who didn’t bother to pay even when they claimed to be raking it in. Or they are for unbuildable ‘junk’ properties.
