[UPDATE 8:50 p.m.] High Speed Pursuit Through McKinleyville

Vehicle PursuitArcata Police are pursuing a 1998 Ford through McKinleyville at speeds up to 50 mph as of 8:40 p.m. At one point the driver went the wrong way on an onramp.

UPDATE 8:43 p.m.: APD discontinued pursuit “due to traffic,” according to the scanner.

UPDATE 8:50 p.m.: CHP is now in pursuit on Hwy 101 headed south.

High speed chase? 50 mph I guess that would be high speed considering it’s a ford. Should’ve bought a Chevy

Most likely stole? Was that truck on the list of most stolen? 98 Ford F-150. That and Hondas of course.
