There’s that “probation” word again. Our weak judges need a reality check. How’s this? When one of these clowns on probation is again arrested for a related offense the judge issuing the probation has $1000 deducted from his pay. I suspect more criminals would be in jail.

Actually it’s you that needs a “reality check” . It’s your grip on reality that’s “weak.”Somehow you believe in your utter ignorance that Judges have infinite resources and facilities to accomplish your fantasy.
Ever think the judges are as frustrated as you are? [edit]

Agreed. They let child molesters off with probation and have for years. They worry about “rehabilitation” of the criminals yet completely disregard the victims. They need to send them to prison and make them work hard manual labor the entire time. No TV or radio just hard manual labor that way they will not want to go back to prison.

I have several pair of bolt cutters — small ones up to the biggest made; about 5′ long. Can I get “busted” for having these? What are “burglary tools”?

First, he has to want to turn his life around; just like any addict or criminal. If the first arrest and probation didn’t open his eyes, doesn’t seem like he really cares. A few years in the pokie would do him some good.

Hard work building the wall and conscripted into the front to sweep marijuana farms that are illegal sounds like the best plan.

Handle conscripts like Russia motivated them in Stalingrad, he’ll grow up, become a drug free man, and could move on.

It all cycles back to illegal marijuana growing, like it or not. Marijuana is the problem, but will be leaving soon.

Leaving upright people to pick up the pieces and build the community that was supposed to be….

It begins with the last druggie conscripted into the military.

Yes we can!

Every day it saddens me to see innocent people victimized by chronic criminals. Times are about to get worse and we better start looking at solutions with decreasing outlaw activity.

Something in the legal system needs to change. It’s pretty obvious detaining people in a facility with all the Amendments of home, or in some cases better than the home they come from, doesn’t work very well. It’s time to start putting people back on chain gangs or more drastic measures which worked well in the past and other countries. The drug flow in prison needed to be put in check too, it’s easier to get dope inside than it is out. There should also be a better option for people that are truly trying to better their lives, you could get work release for going to college classes as long as you’re trying and doing good.
