Major Injury Accident on the Avenue
At approximately 4:07 a.m., a Dodge pickup struck the bank north of Weott at mile marker 19.45 on the Avenue of the Giants. The accident blocked both lanes.
There were three people reported as injured on the scanner. One person received major injuries.

If it’s where it sounds like it reminds me of the motorcycle song by Arlington Guthrie. “ on one side there was a mountain, on the other side there was a cliff. Luckily I didn’t hit the mountain, I went over the cliff.” In this case a bluff. Whoever they were they were lucky they didn’t go over the bluff. Hope they’re allwright.
