Would this be a voluntary sale, or an involuntary “Eminent Domain”?

Nothing new about this type of dealing. People loses their own person lands all of the time just for the sake of letting others tread all over it. Been happening for years. Sweat, blood and tears means nothing to someone else. Take it and get over it.
