This ‘Animated and Active’ Lady is Looking for a Forever Home

A concerned reader emailed us about this dog that’s listed on Petharbor.com. If you know someone who can help get her into a forever home, please pass this along to them.

I am a spayed female, chocolate and white Labrador Retriever mix. The shelter thinks I am about 1 year. I have been at the shelter since Dec 05, 2017.

Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:

Layla is a smaller-size Lab girl with the most beautiful cinnamon-red coat. She is very animated and active! She just loves to zoom around the play area yard and chase balls- this is a fun-loving gal! She’s a good leash walker and is quite affectionate, but not too interested in treats. She would be so much fun at the beach!

I question the Lab ID. Every Lab I’ve ever owned has been a walking stomach. Treats always were alway of interest. Intense, all consuming interest.
