Abrupt Climate Change: Is Humanity on Hospice? Interview With Dr. Guy McPherson on Tonight’s Environment Show

Tonight’s Environment Show on KMUD radio features Dr. Guy McPherson speaking about abrupt climate change. For several years now organizers like 350.org have been telling us about the importance of keeping atmospheric carbon below 350ppm. However, we are now above 400ppm. Global average temperature rise is at 1.5°C above baseline with a 5°C rise at the poles.

The implications are not very optimistic. Dr. Guy McPherson has been speaking around the country, and the world, about his concerns. He is approaching the matter as though we are a hospice patient. He encourages us to ask ourselves how we want to live in the face of death.

We’ll be having this conversation at 7 p.m. on KMUD radio tonight. If you miss it, it will be archived at kmud.org.

After over a decade of broad daylight tests and who knows what going on right over our heads, media is gradually shifting to over-the-table conversations about “geoengineering” and officially implementing climate modification by such means as “stratospheric aerosol injections” etc.

I agree, and the ramifications of these actions (ie: …injections) means that there are NO organics produced, by anyone, anywhere, and certainly not in California. Now where do we suppose THAT idea came from?
If the government labels ideas as a “conspiracy theory” then it’s time to take another look at them.

Guy McPherson is quite awesome. Too bad he is on KMUD where no one will hear him.
Google him and see what he says. He explains himself well and his view is hard to refute. I hope he is correct. Humanity is a cancer on the planet.

Well, when we hit 400ppm, we coincidentally got slammed with an unusual series of hurricanes that were devastating to the south coast and the Caribbean. We also saw Santa Rosa undergo a firestorm. Downtown Ventura is at this moment evacuated due to fire while Los Angeles sits in mid-Winter with temperatures consistently in the 90’s. And the five year drought was due to climate change…the jet stream stalled as the climate warmed enough to disrupt the pressure differencial between the poles and the equator, because the poles are warming so much faster. Meanwhile, the insects are going away as part of a 6th mass enxtinction. http://www.sciencemag.org/news/2017/10/germany-s-insects-are-disappearing
Things are happening as we hit 400ppm with a 1.5°C global average temperature rise.

It’s not winter here and I’m pretty sure it’s not winter in Los Angeles. Solstice is on the 21st.
There were a lot of hurricanes this year but not a record number.
http://www.aoml.noaa.gov/hrd/tcfaq/E11.html lists tropical system for the last 160 years. It does not show an upward trend of hurricanes.
2 winters ago the “experts” were portending the imminent desertification of California from the new “normal” of rainfall… well, that narrative fell flat with this last winter.
Climate changes; we humans have too much hubris and not enough data to predict how.

Check out “The Extinction Dialogs; How to Live with Death in Mind,” co-author Carolyn Baker. The science alone turned my own opinions inside-out. (And I was a hard sell.)

I’ve been trying to get people just to look up and watch the spraying and have concluded people just don’t care yet. The HAARP shit manipulating the nano particulate since we have been saturated is having effects helping the dumbing down process. Very sad

It’s not that people dont care, its that people are being strategically lied to. Were conditioned to invest in nuances of rhetoric over our common senses. People can be trained like the animals we are. Ive concluded that the reality of “chemtrails” is literally too frightening for a lot of people to accept, and that fact alone is enough to fuel all the confirmation bias one needs to dismiss whats happening right over our heads in broad daylight.

Interesting isn’t it, how out of over 1 billion dollars per day given ($410 billion annually), only approximately 6% is spent on helping the people here and now. Gotta love these give us more money so we can help more people ponzi-like schemes.
https://climatepolicyinitiative.org/

If any of us were given that much money per day to help people adjust to climate change, there would be underground cities for everybody in every county globally.

Personally, I’d rather spend some time catching up with Tom Harris of the ICSC (International Climate Science Coalition). He doesn’t peddle fear for a paycheck like some do.
