  • I wish they would give kym more info on what he is in trouble for? The pic is bad quality.

This guy reminds me of a guy I knew named Joe. He was from Kentucky? Or was it New Mexico?

  • Target can’t protect their own store? They have enough teenagers standing around talking. You’d think a couple of them would notice something. Probably not. LOL

    • Stormy, Target is too busy with their co-ed dressing rooms making sure your daughter has to dress in front of a man while he feels himself. It is his constitutional rights by the way. Target will fall just like J C Penny`s did with their perverted adds. Gods name and commandments will not be put to shame.

  • Yeah. Good luck w that. While you’re at it, how many fingers am I holding up?

Have they checked the lost and found?

  • is that MR. Clean?

  • Why is this guy’s picture posted Kym if we don’t know what he did?

  • Just shopping at Target is reason enough to bring him in for questioning.

MOST of Target’s Eureka employees are SO lame… This photo is a great example! HEY, Eureka Target, your store sucks, your employees should all be fired, your managers are worthless, and if a customer wanders in, you should kiss his feet. Suspicious circumstances, like if a customer LIKES CVS! Jesus! Not the best Target store I have been in!

What standards are in play when administrators of this website decide to, or decide not to, assist law enforcement in learning the identities of citizens?

I think that we can all agree that if an individual is suspected of murder that most people would wish to assist law enforcement in the discovery of the identity of the alleged murderer.

On the other hand, I think most people would agree that they would not wish to assist law enforcement in securing an arrest of an individual suspected of possession of a couple of ounces of cannabis or an individual suspected of illegal alien status.

Informed people know that law enforcement does not always have clean hands or operate under morally bound principles in their interactions with citizens.

    • You make good points. I would want to know what I was getting into before assisting law enforcement because, as you remind us, cops can be PIGS!

    • Because I’m neutral as a news source (the only administrator is me), the information I provide is meant to be useful to people no matter what their political spectrum. Therefore, I provide the info, the reader decides if they want to provide information to law enforcement. In this case, it sounds like you would need more information before you provided information. Another reader might feel differently.

      • Like many things in life, it is much harder to be the person required to do something than it is to be a person judging from the sidelines. Probably the police are trying to balance the safety of the person they are asking for help finding with the public’s need to have him found.

If the police advertise that a man is suspected of a crime that is repugnant, some member of the public may take it into their heads to do something about it. Or the government may get sued because the person believes their reputation was damaged simply by the police publicly linking his name with a repugnant crime.

Yup. Trying to tread between the public’s many judgements must be very hard indeed.

  • mike bradbury? how far you have fallen….
