Sheriff’s Department Releases Images of Men Suspected of Being Involved in Two Marijuana Robberies This Weekend
Lt. Mike Fridley of the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office has released these images of the two suspects believed to have been involved in two marijuana robberies over the weekend.
Today, the men are believed to have fled from an accident on Hwy 101 dressed all in black and each carrying a black duffle bag, Fridley said. They are believed to be armed and dangerous. Law enforcement has Redwood Drive and the Evergreen Business park south of Redway and north of Garberville blocked off while they search for the two men.
“They’ve already robbed two guys,” Fridley warned and people in the area should be cautious.
Today, they reportedly met with a local in a motel and stole marijuana from him. He chased them in his pickup and they were involved in a collision with him on Hwy 101. They then fled on foot as described above.
If anyone sees the men, please call 911. Do not approach them.
