Frost Possible in Some Inland Valleys Tonight

winter-is-coming-gif

Winter is coming….

It isn’t officially fall until Friday and it seems that it was record high temperatures just a few short weeks ago but…the National Weather Service in Eureka is predicting that some areas of the Emerald Counties will have frost tonight….

They posted on Facebook,

Late night temperatures will fall into…the low to mid 30’s in the coldest inland valleys tonight thus areas of frost will be possible. Some actions you can take to prevent damage from frost are the following. Cover or move sensitive plants inside to protect them from frost damage. Also, do not forget about your pets! Make sure to provide adequate shelter and if possible bring your pets inside.frost graphic from the NWS

I sincerely doubt Jon Snow in his current incarnation would be able keep you warm in bed.

[ETA SPOILER ALERT]
He’s a zombie. His heart isn’t even beating, according to one source I’ve read. Sure the ‘Lord of Light’s resurrections manifest differently than the Night King’s, but the end result is Jon Snow is still essentially a walking dead. Didn’t Beric say he lost a bit of himself every time he was brought back by Thoros of Myr?

Moisture followed by warmth much more conducive to mold growing, but I wouldn’t expect someone making a comment like yours to be very informed.

Thanks to cloud seeding geoengineering and weather manipulation… whatever you’d like to call it

They geoengineered it to be… sort of cold in late September. Wake up, sheeple! They seeded the clouds to make it dark at night!

The wintertime is coming, the windows are filled with frost. I went to tell everybody but I could not get across. Don’t say I never warned you when your train gets lost.

I hate to see the end of the wonderful local vine ripened tomatoes, but it won’t be long now.
