ONE DOWN, hundreds more to go. Great work HCSO’s.

  • “hot rod mechanic/original gangster/rocket scientist/family man/greaser/bad influence/heart breaker” but in reality just another local tweaker that had a stint at College of the Redwoods.

  • Every vehicle entering Johnstons is suspicious.

  • Bye bye, Einstein.

  • So HCSO what exactly is it that makes a vehicle be a suspicious one?

    • Good officers are familiar with all the local bad guys, but also a sense of JDLR – just doesn’t look right.

    • No brake light(s) or faulty light(s)
      No rear view mirror
      No side view mirror
      No seat belt(s)
      Non-operating turn signal
      Tire(s) under inflated (safety issue)
No working light above rear license plate
      License plate obscured
2017 vehicle tags (may not be registered)
Inadequate tread on tire(s) (safety again)
Vehicle appeared to have steering problem (over or understeer)
No rear bumper or existing bumper not properly attached
      No front bumper ” ”
Any vehicle part appearing to not be properly attached to body
No acceptable gas cap (socks not allowed, sorry)
Front and/or rear windows obscured (direct, etc) so as to render
      vehicle unsafe to drive
      THE WRONG BUMPER STICKER
Anything in or on side windows which obscure driver’s view around
      him (maybe her)
Windshield wipers in unsafe condition (note previous)
Usual accessory of awake and aware driver in full command of the
      vehicle
This last ‘accessory’ is not considered ‘standard’ and does not come
with the vehicle from the factory but is considered ‘after-market’ and
the responsibility of the owner of the vehicle

While some of the list would be i the CA State Vehicle Code somewhere,
the rest are things which, (epending on the location, the time of day or
night, the appearance of the driver or the people in the vehicle) may make
a LEO believe there is probably cause for a looky-see. Also known as ‘using
one’s smarts’ or ‘my professional training and experience and my gut insticts
haven’t failed me before’. This is not offered as evidence in a courtroom but
it is probably considered an unspoken rule.

  • Tweakhole at the helm?

  • This isn’t news.

    **BREAKING NEWS**
“Local Felon Breaks Wind while in possession of an improperly licensed Cheese Sandwich”

Phew… That was a close one. Glad this guy and his 5-shot hand cannon are off the streets.

Honestly though… Come the fuck on.

    • Firefighters wife

Vermin supreme, you were Probably the guy at the motel he was going to see with the gun.

      • So he was coming to rob me?

Is it so insane to think that even though it’s against the law, felons might still just carry a weapon for self defense?

Or as soon as someone becomes a felon they immediately only use firearms for evil and malicious acts?

I don’t think being a felon and being a decent human being are mutually exclusive.

  • Where is he from?

    • Alder point

      • he is not from alderpoint (one word) he has been in the process of being run out of town for awhile but you can’t legally do it, he has been basically squatting there for a time and has been nothing but a pos along with all the people he runs with, he was involved (indirectly) in shootings and stealing you name it he’s involved, cops didn’t seem to care until now, hope they keep him for awhile.

  • He looks most satisfied with him self .3 kinda meal and a cot .

  • He is a total pos, he’s one of the many meth/heroin/anything else dealers in sohum, mostly east side. He was probably going to re up. Where is the stash and cash! they better search that car really good and find out what room he was going to.

  • Mr guest we can only wish they would fallow up .YA RIGHT LOL

  • I expected to see a pic of blizzard

  • So that revolver is a .22 Magnum. This is much much more powerful than a typical .22 LR or .22 Short.

    • Actually it looks like a black powder conversion, way less powerful, those are percussion caps not primers where the slots are.(zoom in on it) Either way this fuxk stick shouldn’t have it.

      • Nope it is a 22mag, you are looking at the flat nose of the bullet, not the primer end of the case, (even though the 22mag is a rimfire).

        • Nope, I own that same gun and the slots in the cylinder are where the hammer hits the primer, if that was the end of the bullet it would be loaded backwards, which is not possible. look up naa (North American arms) 22mag black powder conversion.

  • Regardless, one 22short into your melon and you are in big trouble. When I was a kid, one of my stupid friends kept fast drawing his Colt frontier scout like Billy the Kid was going to take him on. We warned him and sure enough, he shot himself in the leg. A 22short went into the top of his right calf, went completely through about a foot of meat and exited near his ankle. That shows the power of even these little guys. He was laid up for four months . These pukes just keep on making life miserable for a whole city because they can. It doesn’t matter what this asshat’s story is, he is a turd in the punch bowl of life for a lot of people. Good work police.

  • shawn the fisherman

More gun laws are needed for law abiding citizens? These criminals do not care about the law, Why intrude on our rights any further? I cant buy a generation 5 Glock in California. Cali wearing thin….

  • We need to allow concealed carry like 38 states do as we speak. Vote the liberal Democrats out. They just passed a law to provide these dopes with free mental health care. Thus providing another expensive excuse for the behavior. Our dim bulbs like this guy are an example that you can’t fix stupidity by telling them they are not stupid and paying them money to keep on being stupid . Advocates for fools are fooling all of us.
